The Carreg has been an integral part of Pembrokeshire life since opening. Its recipe of good food, a carefully chosen wine list, and cheerful staff makes it a favourite amongst local residents. When you add the value for money and relaxed atmosphere, you can understand why The Carreg is so popular.

Located on Narberth High Street at the heart of Pembrokeshire, The Carreg has become known as one of the areas most exciting restaurants. This is due to a number of factors including the contemporary menu offered by first class chefs; also the Black Rock Grill method of cooking offers a unique, delicious, healthy, interactive dining experience that allows your meal to be presented cooking on volcanic rocks at your table. Quality is the prime concern at The Carreg, but not at silly prices!

The Garden Café in the Courtyard of The Carreg is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy dining al fresco, barbeque or simply drink great coffee!
Beyond the Garden Courtyard you'll find Courtyard Shopping, where you can browse in shops situated in lovely converted stables, and also our Tranquility Garden where you can see our chickens, ducks and pygmy goats enjoying themselves.
Elvis and Engelbert, our two pygmy goats, do their bit for the environment by recycling food waste from The Carreg, whilst our chickens produce fresh, free range eggs, reducing our carbon footprint further.
